    Heading out from Ballymun gate of DCU about 4.15 for a couple of hours. Finishing up around Portmarnock / Baldoyle. Anyone?

    Just a bit breezy though. Decided to head straight for Ashbourne with the intention of getting some tailwind for the return.

    Glasnevin -> Ashbourne -> Garristown -> Swords -> Home

    58km, avg 14.3kph, max 48.2kph...

    Do you tend to take spins out that way of a Sunday evening? Think you may have posted about them before.
