Income Tax form for 2009 never received

    I submitted my form 11 for 2009 back at the start of october, hadnt heard a word since , then I made a VAT claim in january and now its delayed until the return is submitted, i did send it off as to why it never got there is beyond me. Can i submit it again online without being penalised or fined etc..

    Did you not think it was weird that you got no notice of assessement and or a deman for repayment/a refund (whichever due).

    If you are on ROS (as suggested by you saying about online) you should have checked it.

    Unfortunately unless it was registered post and you have a receipt revenue wont accept this explanation. You ll be surcharged 10% as its over 2 months late assuming you ve a liability. You may also be charged interest but its unlikely as Revenue dont seem to really be doing this.

    If you are due a refund pre prelim tax you ve no worries.
