    I am not sure if I am allowed to post this type of question but you can delete it if not.

    Has anybody any experience dealing with Bluegate Motor Co in Dublin on the Old Naas Road? I am thinking of buying a car from them but I am not from Dublin so I want to be sure they are reliable before i travel up there.

    Never bought a car off him but test drove a few. seems like a decent bloke. He offers a 12 month warranty on the lower mileage cars. He was telling me he buys off Frank Keane and purchases the warranty from them directly.

    I would happily buy a car off him if it was the right spec / condition and price.

    I have only ever bought from private sellers who I can bargain with, what is the story with bargaining with dealers, are they up for the same type of dealing or are they more stuck on their listed price?

    There's always room for dealing. How much will depend on how well the car is priced to begin with and how much they paid for it.
