Hi Guys and Gals,

I'm hoping someone can shed some light onto this for me as I've looked high and low for answer with little result; just more opinions.

If company A creates a design: www.somesitehere.com.. (example only) and another company B comes along a uses their with small changes, is this copyright infringement.

Does company A need for copyright on the images/designs it creates or is this automatic? I can't find the relevant company law and was hoping to find a definate answer.

Usage with changes is infringement. Copyright is automatic on creation.

Google copyright and filter for Pages from Ireland and you'll find plenty more info.
