I have been told that the "K" gamily of dodgyboxes are down owing to raids in the UK and are probably bricked just like all their predecessors. Don't worry some skanger will be going door to door with this years model...or more likely a clone that doesn't work at all. That will be bricked by the end of the month no doubt. Fools and their money are easily parted, even nowadays. :D

The "S" family are under severe pressure owing to a main server going offline somewhere ....and rank paranoia.... and the "E" family were bricked last year. At least half a million "E" family dodgyboxes were sold in the UK and Ireland and together with their myriad clones they would make a single stack 3 times the height of Carrantouhill Mountain.

I will be proposing the building our first Great Pyramid in Tallaght..to bring the tourists out of course :D

As someone who believes in paying a fair price for a service I'll shed no tears for the people burned by these boxes getting shut down.

I can sort of understand people pulling a signal out of the sky and decoding it with a dodgy box, especially if Rupert Murdoch is involved but if UPC go to the expense of running cables all around Dublin city and further afield then I think it's only right to pay for the service.
