Question about 175 Visa

    Hi all,

    I wonder if you could help me with this...

    My partner and I are considering applying for the Oz 175 Independant migrant visa.

    His occupation is on the general skills list but mine is only on the state sponsored list. He would need the extra 5 points for partner skills which would give him 120 total.

    Anyone know if partner skill points are awarded eventhough the partners occupation is only on the state sponsored list?
