    Hi,

I was just wondering if anyone has ever used an executive or life coach in their business and if so, did you find it to be of any benefit?

Yeah we have an executive coach for our managers, they have had very positive feedback. I'd recommend.

Yes. There seems to be lots of them now with varying expertise, styles and offerings. Define what you want and find someone you trust. I tend to aim for coaches that are grey/bald i.e. have relevant experience...

Slightly 'tongue n cheek' remark on my behalf. I just benefit more from getting advice and guidance from those that have been there before i.e. have suitable experience [not necessarily people of a certain vintage]
