with that car, you'd probably be as well off to shop around at a few different breakers (www.partfinder.ie) and see who has those panels in the colour you need, then just polish them up and stick them on your car.

your model fiesta was very common, so there must be any amount of them in breakers, and even if you had to travel a little to collect the parts it would still be cheaper than getting them painted.

as for getting them painted, at a small independent panel beaters, i'd reckon 250-300 mabye? you must remember that to repaint panels correctly can be very labour intensive.
