Hi there, Are records of when you left and re entered Ireland kept ? I have one of those new passports with the chip. When you use your passport to travel, can details such as these be retrieved at a later date ? Thanks

Nope. Your passport isn't checked by any official when you leave and it's really only glanced at when you return once they see it's Irish/EU.
