A neighbour of mine reversed into my car causing good bit of damage. He is insured however has no tax or nct the past few months. Will this cause me problems or go in my favor in anyway

He is insured however has no tax or nct the past few months. Will this cause me problems or go in my favor in anyway

Tax or NCT will not affect insurance. Or should not for you, could for the neighbour.
