paypal claim for item not received

    Hi wondering has anyone had to make a paypal claim for item not received,
    went through the dispute proccess with seller on ebay diddent get me anywhere,
    so escalated to a paypal claim today, anyone ellse been through this hassle,
    and what was the outcome, thanks.

    Hi, I used to use ebay all the time, I have had 2 problems which I had to open a case, I was solved after weeks, it was for a digital camera. The second was recently, I open the case with paypal and won the case but I never received my refund, paypal told me to contact ebay, I did and ebay said to contact paypal, because I didn;t open the case with ebay there was nothing they could do, bla bla bla. Long story short the seller sold a faulty item, I returned the item and I have lost the money. Tip for anyone, open the case with ebay, the option isn't clear in ebay (which they did admit themselves) you may have some chance then! Good Luck!
