Iphone4 problem

Just picked one up today from three. They ported my old number. The sim is in and can only get as far as emergency calls. Rang three to see if the had the sim activated and ported, She said its done and i should just turn it on and off and will work. It aint working :confused: I cant see what else is wrong. Any ideas.

If the phone is in emergency only mode this usually means that either you've no 3 coverage or else they're telling porkies and the SIM isn't registered. They could have entered the wrong serial number for the SIM, I've seen it happen.
