USB ports not working - add new ones?

    Hi All


    I have a Dell Pc where the usb ports stopped working after a power surge. I was thinking there must be some item out there that I can plug into the back of my computer so that I can at least sync Itunes with my mobile. Bearing in mind the device would have to plug into something other than a usb port as mine are obviously not working.

    Any advice as buying a new pc is out of the question til at least the end of the summer
