    Hi my name is Joseph Clifford and i will be running a Seconds/Cutsman Course for those who would like to get involved in pro boxing or just out of interest. The course is recognized and sanctioned by the Boxing Union of Ireland and in MMA/Team Ryano.
    The course duration is 4-5hours and costs 50euros and all materials will be provided.
