I cringed listening briefly to his show today from Kilkenny.
Duffy thinks he's funny. He's not.
I cringe when he has his comedy show once a month. The guests are past their sell by date, and he behaves like he is back in his bailiewick of Ballyer.

He is also a crass bully with listeners who don't agree with him or dare digress.

I remember a guy standing up to him and telling him off for not allowing him speak and finish his point on the programme and Duffy didn't like it at all.

But anybody with sense wouldn't dare go on that programme, because no matter what you have to say Duffy will beat you down.

He is an asshole. Knows everything. He has limited use of language for a radio presenter, he can't ad lib at all. and his diction is awful. Dees and Dows!!!

Well, he gave Anthony Stokes' father, who runs the Players Lounge pub in Fairview, a full programme to defend his opposition to the Queen of England visiting Ireland.
I mean what producer in his/her right mind would have allowed that discussion to last a whole programme.
Some of the discussion bordered on inflammatory and incitement.

Duffy is a gob****e. A growler. With that stupid put on laugh..he, hehheheh. You can take Joe out of Ballyer but you can't take Ballyer out of Joe.

The programme is an embarrassment to everything Irish and decent.
Whingers ringing complaining about ridiculous topics.
His TV programme was utterly crap. He lacks the soft touch for such a television programme. His cadence and delivery and tone of voice is all wrong. He needs a good six months of hard work broadcast training.
But sure like most of that shower in RTE they can't speak properly, would never get near the door of BBC or any other UK broadcast outlet.
