Club I'm in has deals with two brokers
    First Ireland and carol nash

First Ireland provide a great policy basically the same as a regular policy fully comp. including glass breakdown and 3rd party on other car. No excess on amendments or glass etc.

Carol nash provide classic cover with out the requirement of another car. Fully comp glass breakdown charge for adding another car or transfers and excess on glass claims

Both policys around 200euro for 2000 miles

I think it'd be worth manta mad explaining further what he's on about. My first read was that it was vague, but refering to public/product liability insurance. I could be wrong, but if the OP could come back and be a bit more specific...
