    Most water butts I've seen in bricks and mortar shops (i.e. garden centres) come complete with a diverter kit, so I don't know whether they'd sell the diverters separately.

    www.ecostore.ie have various models for sale online.

    Or you can buy a diverter kit in Woodies for 14 euro,if you like to pay more than what its worth.

    Try Smallmans in Ranelagh. They supply all to plumbers etc and are very helpfull
