I have just purchased PlayTV & need to upgrade to the latest version in order to support MPeg4 in Ireland.I am not able to enter "Settings in the PlayTV main menu, scroll down and select About followed by Game Update Check" as the program is kind of stuck in a loop where my only choices are to "retry" the channel scan or…

I have just purchased PlayTV & need to upgrade to the latest version in order to support MPeg4 in Ireland.I am not able to enter "Settings in the PlayTV main menu, scroll down and select About followed by Game Update Check" as the program is kind of stuck in a loop where my only choices are to "retry" the channel scan or "start over".

Anyone know how can I get out of this & run an update ?

I'm guessing your aerial isn't picking up a signal. From memory, you need that before you can download the update.
