Why is virtually every thread locked?

    As I type every single thread except the last visible (which this will push off) is locked :confused::confused:

    Probably because someone hacked into one of the mods' account and 'boraped' the forum or one of the mods had a mental breakdown and decided to run riot on the forum.

    I had a really great response to a thread that was guaranteed to get me banned for life. My finger was on the trigger, but thanks to this little April fools prank, I've been saved.:D

    Judging by the fact it only affected the first page, and also by the fact that the only other forum this happened to is Victor's other forum he mods, I think we can suss what happened :rolleyes:

    I would class Google as an internet and tech based company. Boards run an internet forum, just like askaboutmoney.com, politics.ie, and so on.

    I actually want that to pop up again, it showed up for me not long after midnight, but I just refreshed almost instantly rather than reading into it just to see what exactly it said... :(
