I have being feeling my wisdom tooth (back right) coming up for the past few days. Yesterday and today my inside cheek seems to have swelled slightly and is sometimes sitting between my gums were my wisdom teeth will come up. Is this natural? Will it go away or should i go to a dentist or will over the counter drugs get rid of it.

Go to a dentist. If you have to ask the question, it means that you should be asking a dentist. It is likely to be nothing serious, but you still should have it looked at by a qualified dentist.
