I've never heard of hdgnet.com before today. They claim they're offering a Livedrive Backup service.

£24 per year after initial 12 months. Be sure to check the terms and conditions before signing up.

    From their Terms & Conditions
    1. We reserve the right to alter pricing including ceasing to offer elements of the Livedrive Services free of charge at any time. Livedrive will inform Members by email if the charge for a service is to be altered. You can then decide if you want to continue to use such service. Your continued use of the service after the proposed fee modification has been notified will be considered acceptance of the proposed fee modification.
    Beware of the last line.
I'm not saying that they would do it, but they could send you an email introducing charges, and you would probably have to log on and delete your account & online data to avoid these charges.
