Spinning Classes in Limerick

    Hi all,

    are there any spinning classes that cater for men and women in Limerick?
    I'm aware of the on the the UL arena, but are there any others?

    Like said UL, JJB (7.50 PAYG available for classes), Grove Island. I can think of a few more (member based) but not sure about PAYG elsewhere.

    I freelance teach in JJB and UL so if you want timetable or times that id recommended (some instructors are much better than others, PM me and i can tell you the times to go to ensure you get a good class with a good instructor)

    All spin classes cater for both men and women (unless specified otherwise)

    PS - not pimping myself wither so don't worry.

    Are there any over on the Raheen side of town?

    I'm pretty sure they have them in Dooradoyle Leisure club on a PAYG basis. They have a website I think which might say it on it.

    That's right - dooradoyle leisure centre do Spin classes PAYG. It's on their website. Evening times around 6/6.30 if i remember correctly
