I want a relationship, how do I proceed?

Two weeks ago I met a fantastic girl who I am completely crazy about. The problem is she seems to be a little closed up when it comes to conveying her emotions, which is making me horribly confused about the whole thing.

I met her in a pub, after which she invited me back to her house. She seemed quite mature and sophisticated; not exactly a one night stand type of girl. For that reason I didn't pursue anything sexual, for fear of rejection and making for a pretty awkward night. I got her number and we chatted via text a few days later.

She texted me the following weekend asking if I was around, we met up, and had a pretty much carbon copy of the previous night. The next day we went for a walk, and ended up going out again that night, then back to her house, which was again a non-sexual affair.
We said goodbye the following morning and she added me on Facebook later that day.

The issue is that she has moved home this week for the foreseeable future, which is about an hours drive away. I don't mind long distance relationships at all, but the problem is how to I even get to that point? I'd love nothing more than to be able to have a relationship with her, but without spending time with her I feel I'm going to have a very hard time.

We haven't spoken in two days now, and all I feel like doing is texting her something, anything. I don't want to come across as desperate or some sort of stalker though.

I'm also being quite pessimistic in thinking that perhaps she doesn't even like me that much at all and was just being friendly. She didn't make any moves in the bedroom either.

    What should I do?

Text her! :) It can't hurt to try, and you definitely won't know if you don't text her! Maybe because she organised the meet up the last time she is afraid of coming on too strong and wants to hold back to see if you like her?

I, being a girl, would love for a guy to make the effort.. just do it :) Just a simple "hey, I had a great time the other night, hope we can do it again sometime" would suffice.

Let us know how it goes!

Its only 2 weeks and you're already over-thinking things!!
How either person possibly know that you want a relationship from 2 short dates?

You don't know each other well enough to know what the other is thinking yet.
Don't be afraid to pursue her. Get in touch. Drive up to see her & have some fun together. Whats her hobbies & interests?...... food, music, hobbies, art, comedy.......? If you find out it makes everything easy from there.

You don't need to say anything about relationship. It will happen naturally if she is interested.

You've only had 2 dates, and you've already made up your mind that you want a relationship???

I'm not surprised this girl is being a bit cagey - you sound like you're coming on too strong too soon.

    Slow it down.

BTW a 1 hour drive away is not a long distance relationship

Just get to know her. Take it one step at a time. Become friends and have a base of knowledge and respect for each other if/when you move to something else.

And by the way, one hour away is nothing lol.

nice guys and clingy guys finish last & become unnattractive fast cos they are too needy...stop looking for 'the one'..
invite her up for a night out close to your place, (assuming you don't live with your parents - if you do you are going to have problems unless you have money for a hotel room or b+b)..and take it from there.....
