So, I am just wondering :

I applied for the cycling to work scheme, and gave my employer the invoice.

The hr said the bike was paid, the shop claim to have not received.

    what should I do ?

Depending on the method of payment it may take a few days to appear in their account (bank transfer) or arrive in the post (cheque). How long has it been since payment was made and what method?

bank transfer (or so the HR said ). I was informed that it had been paid 2 days ago.

bank transfers between banks can take 3 days (probably more knowing banks) heaven knows why except they dont want immdiate transfer (which they should be made to do by law imo)

You could pay the bike shop a refundable deposit on a credit card, I know a few places do this so you can get the bike earlier.

Have a good check over it in the shop. Git mine last week, some threads were stripped, blue mark on the white carbon forks, brakes rubbing and off centre, bar tape ripped, 105 chain and cassette when it should be ultegra.

In addition, they greased nothing. Make sure to take off your pedals and grease yourself or you'll have a horrible time in the future.
