I presume you mean Adobe Flash? I've never heard of of anyone giving grinds in that but there are some unreal online tutorials. If you're willing to pay, try Lynda.com. 2 months of access to their tutorial videos will teach you *far* better than 2 grinds.

I imagine this is for mikaels module if so you should be able to get a lynda log in from the csis department
