Bloody Cyclists

Whilst I agree that cycling is a good hobby, I have to say I'm getting sick of the conduct of cyclists in my area. I live in a small village and all roads leading into it are pretty dodgy, seriously windy and all have an 80kph speed limit but none have hard shoulders.

Last year a cycling club have started using the roads in my area and my main gripe with them is that they are usually 2 and 3 in tandem across the left lane and the number of cyclists could range from a peloton of between15-20 bikes.

It makes over-taking very difficult because there aren't too many oopportunities to do so as the roads are quite busy and not too many straights.

What are the laws regarding cycling in tandem. Is it illegal? Cos this looks tempting!

Saying it looks tempting to kill or seriously injure people, nice!

So if the cycled one beside the other you'd be complaing but in this case they are cycling single file which you want to be illegal. Hard to make you happy eh?

What they are doing is perfectly legal, I'd suggest overtaking safely and just realise they have as much right to using the road as you do.

Lots of cyclists using the footpaths these times.

    a) take it to the Cycling forum if you're truely willing to have your convictions challenged

    b) take it to Ranting and Raving if you're just looking to let off steam

    c) posting pictures and sentiments like that lead me to believe you're trolling

    Therefore, thread closed
