Hi. Do any of you guys know anyone ( or any shop/club) who may be selling some Cobra S9 irons (2008 model)? Trying to pick some up. If all else fails I can get them off golfbidder.co.uk but I'd like to try to get them here first.

    thanks in advance,

    zak.

Sorry Ben. It's the S9's that I'm after. Cheers anyway.

I have them and not selling them but expect to pay another €50-70 for a gap wedge of the same make on eBay.
The PW is 44* and SW is 54* so the Gap wedge is 49*.
Also if you like hitting a 4 iron that is another €50-70.

The older model S9 in which i got a GW has same shafts as the S9 2 2008.

Maybe your gonna use a hybrid 4 iron or different wedges but thought i'd let ya know anyway of extra cost if ya go that route and that the older model has same Nippon XH shaft.

Glad i did but as ya can see it cost me more than the initial 5-SW that is mostly sold as a set.

    Good luck getting them anyway.

Hi Derra. Cheers for the heads up.
I'll probably go for a hybrid instead of a 4 iron. That's a big gap between the PW and the SW. I'll stay clear of the Gap wedge for now as I may buy a new set of Pings early next year.
I hit the S9s recently at a driving range and they were just lovely to hit.
Nobody seems to be selling any S9s at the moment. I'll hang on a bit longer and hopefully someone will get back to me soon with some for sale.
    Cheers.

    Zak.
