RAM Requirements

    I'm planning on getting the ASRock 890GX Extreme3 but I'm confused by the RAM! According to the board specs it supports 800/1066/1333 and 1600(oc)/1800(oc).
    Does that mean I can't get those speeds without overclocking?

    This is the RAM I planned on getting but now I don't know!
    If it comes down to it I'd overclock but because ATM I've no idea how it's a last resort!
