    Should be worth a watch. RTE have been found out, ****e choice of programmes all the time. TV3 need to up the ante on their football analysis and commentary though. Still pales in comparison to the RTE 2 lads.

    I recall they showed part of this interview during a special about the history of Irish TV, shortly after his death. RTE refused to give them old footage because they wanted to be the first to show a special on Ryan. I hear he is very critical of RTE in it though which is interesting. Wasn't he meant to be hugely stressed about his job leading up to his death?

    a) you don't like RTE?
    b) you know GR was privately very critical of RTE and you hope he went public with it?

    That was good. Weird hearing his voice again, especially when he referred to death and dying etc.
