    That's just UK PLCE 90. The PDF use the IPLCS vest now, made by Lowe Alpine. The RDF are probably still issued that stuff.

    Well, at least it's better than '58. In fact, PLCE 90 is perfectly good. Not cutting edge, but good enough.

    Not the best I find. Awkward for getting anything from the pouches at the back and after running around a bit the waist belt tend to slip up the torso.

    As you said, not cutting edge but not the worst stuff.

    Ha ha "Special Forces Yoke". Airborne my hole, sew a set of texel wings on it then throw it out of a plane.

    Yup the RDF are still issued this. Big step up from 58 I tells ya!

    Yea i found getting stuff from pouches very awkward sometimes but other than that its grand.

    Sorry for jumping onto your thread here but I am trying to find some 90 Pattern Olive Green PLCE webbing (not woodland) or similiar.Would anybody know where to get a very good quality set without being over charged for it please?? PM me please If u have any links so I dont spoil your thead thanks:D

    That is not UK PLCE.

    The clips are wrong (M/F clips & PTB, not spanish), the belt is the wrong type and the shoulder straps look too wide and don't seem to be padded.

    Can't tell more from the pic but it is def not the issue PLCE or UK PLCE.
