    Hi, about to convert rear detached garage into outside games room, i know i cant go over 25m2 in size and over 3 m with the flat roof I have planned. Is there a certain distance I have to keep the patio door from neighbours boundary (to avoid overlooking etc) think i might have read this somewhere? I will only be putting in a sliding door, no windows. Thanks for reading and any advice...
