help with hse renovations

Hi! lve just purchased a semi-d hse, in Dublin, that needs major updating (re-wiring, ?plumbing, hoping to knock down some walls+update kitchen). l need help on finding the right people. any suggestions please, on where to find them and who would l need? also, money is kinda tight! isnt it always these days!!:o Thanks!
