CD Changer problems

Hi I was wondering if anyone could recommend a good ICE repairer in the Kildare/Naas area. Although my head unit works OK the changer in the boot doesn't seem to load properly and I just get a message saying " No CD in Changer" Thanks

What type of car is it? I had a similar problem with the magazine jamming before eventually packing in.

Its a Jaguar X Type although the changers all seem to be pretty much the same. Certainly this is exactly the same as the one on my wife's 3 Series BMW
