Recommend a video capture card for Windows 7 PC

    Hi,
    asked this in another forum but got no reply. I have some analog video footage(10hrs) on some 8mm Fuji P5-90 Tapes recorded on a Sony CCD-TR425E Camcorder that i would like to transfer to my PC and disc. The Sony camcorder has RCA Video(unbalanced) and Audio(Monaural) outputs. I'm looking for best quality output if possible,
