Does anyone know the name or part number of this wheel?

Need to find one for a friend. They buckled one quite badly, got it repaired and did the same again but it keeps loosing air and needs replacing. Ford dealer want quite a bit for one but this will aide with the googling:D

    TIA

The 16" are most likely from the Fiesta Steel model. A few for sale here but they are sets of 4:

The above advert mentions Ford Part no: 456J1007BA

You should also try a few scrap yards, I'd say you are bound to find at least one undamaged alloy wheel on a scrapped car.

partfinder.ie should have plenty Fiesta Steels for breaking, should be able to pick up a single one handy enough.
Steel is quite a popular spec on those.

Just to note that the Fiesta Steel II from 2007 had different designed 16" alloy wheels to the 2004 to 2006 Steel.
