video calling to o2

    Sorry if this is a stupid question but....

    I have being trying to make a video call from my vodafone payg to my mates
    bill pay o2 and it fails everytime.
    I have no problems making or receiving video calls from my phone to my wifes fone (shes on vodafone)
    My mates fone is the nokia n86 and google says it can make video calls:D
    Any help greatly appreciated as it is wrecking my head
