Sony Vaio problem

I done something silly to my laptop over the weekend and ended up needing to have everything reinstalled onto it. I got the laptop back today but since I've had it there has been very poor sound and video quality. Almost like it is stalling and repeating a word for a couple of seconds and then back to normal, or the video will slow down. Now this never happened before I left it into the shop.

The laptop is a Sony Vaio VPCEF3E1E, running Windows 7 (unsure if its 32 or 64 bit). Does anyone know if there is a reason why its doing this all of a sudden or could the reinstall have something to do with it?

If you go into control panel and then device manager, look for anything that has a yellow exclamation beside it. You wil need the drivers for them

You should be able to find all of the compatible drivers for your laptop here
