Blackberry Curve with meteor.......no access to email, apps etc

So, I have a blackberry Curve, unlocked from the vodafone network, and im using it with my meteor sim card. All is grand, except when I try to, for example download facebook app this comes up:

"You are currently on a service plan that does not support this application. If you want to use this application, please contact your service provider to upgrade your data plan"

I cant use Blackberry Messenger (BBM) or set up my email either.

Any ideas on how to help??

You need to get a BIS (Blackberry internet service) plan added to your account. The only way is via bill pay at present:

It's a bill pay plan at the moment but they are releasing a PAYG plan soon

You could make a list of the apps you want. Pop in a vf sim and download the apps. Many of the apps will then run with meteor's internet access point (though NOT bb's email client, browser and messenger)
