It did'nt come up invalid, the website had SQL errors. Anyway it worked today, can't understand why the Paypal thing came up though, there was nothing to pay?

probably because it's a built in requirement of their billing system. some form of billing information would be required for an order to be valid regardless of the balance of that order. so they validate that the billing info is correct be it Credit card or paypay and then charge the balance to that account. in you case they veirifed that the paypal info was valid and then charged you nothing as per your balance.

if it is we're all screwed. just make sure to keep an eye on you CC bills for any unauthorised paypal deductions.

For anyone that set up a paypal account for this and never used paypal before , paypal usually charge something like €1.50 to you Credit Card when you first set up. this is basically to ensure the billing details and credit card details are all valid.

on you next credit card bill that deduction will appear as being from paypal and there should be a code beside it, log back into paypal and go to your account, it should list your credit card as unverified or something like that and you have an option to verify, you enter that code from you CC bill and they will refund you the €1.50.

Interestingly enough my Paypal account isn't credit card linked so I'm a lot safer than most. The only annoying thing is I have to wait three days to get my Paypal account topped up should I want to buy anything.

I then double check my Paypal overview and indeed I have been charged nothing for my BB Speedloader, so I can confirm is indeed free :-)
