Anyone any ideas on how I could get this FPR with a larger opening (on bottom):

into the stock opening on my fuel rail which is about 1.75mm smaller diameter (its for a diff, older version of that FPR)?

Doing this as I need to reduce my Fuel pressure by 0.5bar to get my meaty new injectors to play nice in Open Loop.

Engineering company may be able to drill the fuel rail for you. Try Westward Engineering.

You could get an an adjustable FPR in a size that fits your rail.

FMU/FPR is a crude way of adjusting your cars fueling.

On a 20year old SOHC engine, crude is totally fine!
