It's a new web series starring the bould Kiefer, and it appears to be very much in the same gritty mould as 24.
Currently only available (;)) in the U.S. from Hulu.com:

Luckily, my American cousins are on the ball, and I'm burning the first 3 chapters to DVD at this very moment.
A quick skim through them leads me to believe that it could be pretty good.
