EBS not doing top ups for consolidation

They just told me they're not allowing people to top up if It's to consolidate debt. But says on their website that they do. Do I have any other option? If I say that the top up is for home improvement,do they need proof?

IIRC Home Improvement loans generally require some proof.

You might want to refresh your knowledge of the forum charter, specifically the note on No Dishonest Dealings
