We purchased some pine and oak furniture but we will need to store in a shed for the next few months.

Shed is new so is in good condition. Besides it being well wrapped, is there anything else that should be done with it to protect it. There is no heating in the shed.
I know the weather is starting to improve so hopefully it will be ok

I'd suggest putting a few mothballs wrapped in a rag in with the furniture, it'll deter any insects and perhaps vermin from entering the wrapping.
