Has anyone been on their website lately???

I wanted to find out what training courses they had. Clicked on the training section today. The link is broken.

Just tried again, no luck with training link so tried jobs. Link also broken !!!!

If someone from FAS IT Dept is reading this....... Not very good at your job are ya? :rolleyes:

Tried it earlier today.
Couldnt get into either jobs or courses either.

The FAS jobsite has been offline all today.

Their website in general is pretty bad.

I use dole.ie to search all the FAS jobs instead. They have them all. Except for today... cause FAS is offline...!

I just rebooted the server but the orangey blinky light stayed orangey.
I think it needs like a new rambox or something. Yup.

They are supposed to be changing the FAS logo again.
Used to be Manpower, AnCO.
Next logo should be TTOJ.
They Took Our Jobs.

I heard that the system was set up by technicians who learned their trade on a FAS course.

That might explain it.

I don't know. It is the most insanely over engineered website I've every used. For example, you can't e-mail a job link to a friend -- each link is uniquely generated for you!

To me this stinks of €8,000,000 consultancy fees.

Its not just today, the FAS site is always broken... well I mean its always shíte, make one mistake when looking for a job and its "clear cookies" time. Piece of **** website. Thank fook I got a job and dont have to check it everyday.

I heard it's because the hamster died and they're in the process of hiring a new one.
They just need hire a consultant to determine what color hamster is best required for this line of work.
Once this is complete in 6 months and costing over €1,000,000 the dead hamster's son/daughter/brother/sister/uncle etc will be hired for an exorbitant salary.
