    Hello everyone,
First post for me, hope I'm welcome ! ;)

Can someone explain me what means " a site with connected building agreement for a house " ???

I'm about to buy a site with a value of over 80.000, with a planning permission on it.

Would the stamp duty be 6 % of the price of the site ?
Or 1 % on the price of the site + building cost ?

    http://www.revenue.ie/en/tax/stamp-duty/property.html

Thanks in advance for the answers !
    :)

    You are welcome.

Try to read the three stickied warnings not to post on property though.

    24 hr ban.
