    2011 Kia Sportage 2.0cdti. 138bhp €31,500
    2010 Skoda Yeti 2.0 170bhp €29,000
    2010 Ford Kuga 2.0 136bhp around €25,000
    2010 Mitsubishi Outlander 2.0 140bhp €29,000
    2010 VW Tiguan Sport 2.0 140bhp €30,000

Tha Kia and the Skoda are the only ones with leather seats. I like the spec on the Kia but it seems to be small enough in the back and the boot.

Havde you checked that you are actually getting 4wd for those prices as some of the cars mentioned above don't come with 4wd as standard.

Yeah, all of them are 4wd. It's got to have it.

Didnt look at the Pajero. We have a 07 Outlander at the moment, great vehicle.

Used Landcruiser? I'm not going that road. Too expensive. Too used too maybe.

TBH it's a more credible and reliable option than any in the list if you want a 4x4.

TBH, I think your husband would prefer a used Landcruiser over the types you mentioned.

I think the best value by far is the Skoda, especially if 4wd capability and value for money is high up on your list of needs.
