Condition of Horse-box Trucks

    The last few of these that I have seen on the roads look as if they are literally about to fall apart.
    Are these Horse trucks not subject to the DOE the same as other trucks?
    Seem to be a few les than profficient drivers at the wheel too!

    Can't say I've noticed, there were a good few on the Wicklow roads a few weekends back, all looked grand to me. Though they are the kind of trunk that you can frequently find decade old versions of tootling around the place since they see little enough use.

    Always thought the same about Circus and Funfair trucks. Yellow Reg,s and no discs in windows. The Condition of some out in Bray a couple of weeks back was appalling.

    The circus and funfair trucks were classed as tractors in the past, not sure if the same still applies
