    Under the equality legislation discrimination based on any one of 9 distinct grounds is unlawful. These grounds are:

    Gender
    Civil status
    Family status
    Sexual orientation
    Religion
    Age (does not apply to a person under 16)
    Disability
    Race
    Membership of the Traveller community.

    They may as well write NO GAYS on that advert. (Yeah I know I'm generalising).

    170cm is very small...i'm 171cm female. i find it hard enough to get stuff out of an overhead locker as it is...very bizarre. dont they usually ask for people to be taller due to the nature of the job??
