    k, i need a bike to help loose weight, and im just wondering wtf i should get.

    im 6 4 and bout 20stone, was looking at a hardtail mb but not sure how itd hold up with myself on it.

    any advice is welcome.

    Depends on what u want to do. Commuting/leisure spins = hybrid. Commuting/road racing/training = road bike. Off road/leisure cycling = MTB
