Have made silly errors due to clients workings being a mess normally but recently I sent out a set of draft accounts for a second time as there was a paragrapgh missing in the statement of directors…

Stick with it, it sounds just like an oversight in the rush to be efficient and get the accounts out. They were still Draft accounts. It can happen to anyone, just proof read everything figures, notes correctly referenced and statements before sending things out. Go into work early or work through lunch when you know you have to get things out to give yourself a bit more time, it will give you more confidence too.
